Shenita Arvia Pelham (pronounced Arvāy), a native of Biscoe NC, has always had a creative passion for baking. However, in the summer of 2020 her brother challenged her to put her creativity to the test by making a Fruity Pebbles inspired cheesecake. The result was so good that others started placing orders for her cheesecakes. Since then she has won multiple awards for her cheesecakes including 1st Place at the 2022 NC Peach Festival and 1st Place at the 2023 NC State Fair.
We believe that what makes a great cheesecake is simple: quality ingredients, phenomenal taste, stunning presentation, and (call us corny) a little bit of love. Shenita’s mission is to inspire moms through her baking to pursue their passion and never give up on their dreams.
