I've always loved Cinnamon Toast Crunch ever since I was a kid. It's the best! It tastes great any way you eat; with or without milk, and not to mention how great the cinnamon flavored milk tastes after you've finished the cereal! So I HAD to make a cheesecake out of it.
Here's the full recipe:
CRUST
2 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup salted butter (melted)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup grounded cinnamon toast crunch cereal
CHEESECAKE FILLING
24 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup grounded cinnamon toast crunch cereal
4 eggs
MARSHMALLOW CREAM
4 large egg whites
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
